9 units apartment building in Tokyo. By introducing an intermediary space at a window between inside and outside, its design redefines an experience of living in a typical low-rise housing in a highly dense area of Tokyo, where scenery from room and distance among buildings are often not pleasant.

Kmm3 / issho architects

The intermediary space has variation in depth could diffuse a sense of distance between interior and outdoor, thereby an occupant comfort is enriched.
