Over a singular field, a set of four houses is projected.

The concept is materialized by two vertical towers of five and a half levels supported by four points, and sewn horizontally at a half height by a street and an entrance terrace that connect with the houses accesses, taking us to the precipice landscape.

In this promenade, is experienced the integration with the place and the floating houses are read with a free ground floor that allows the landscape dominate over the architecture. The access into the complex is done by level zero, ascending or descending into the units.

Intended to “float” and settle on just four points on the ground allow to establish a respectful relationship with the field, showing it as omnipresent and untouched in every moment.

The facades are closed as industrial extrusion parts to the sides of the house, preventing visual interference between units and are fully dematerialized toward the street and landscape.

A challenge of site, landscape and topography: a design solution in terms of abstraction, technical and essentiality.
