CCB House residential project designed by Kiko Salomão and Marcio Tanaka in Porto Feliz organizes three main blocks on an 8,000 m² plot at Fazenda Boa Vista with a built area of 1,700 m². Two barn-like volumes clad in gray bricks and a third concrete block with mini wave perforated sheets sit elevated on a concrete base for valley views. The central barn houses social spaces and internal gardens, while the intimate barn contains master, guest, and family suites. A patio with fireplace and infinity pool links the barns, and the service block provides garage, service, gym, and spa spaces. Large glass openings, a two-slope roof, and Rodrigo Oliveira’s landscaping structure the spatial flow and privacy of the house.
Casa CCB is situated at Fazenda Boa Vista, within a country house condominium in Porto Feliz, occupying a plot of 8,000 m² and featuring a built area of 1,700 m².
The two primary blocks of the residence are designed as barns clad in long bricks in four different shades of gray.
The design is positioned to make optimal use of the topography, using a concrete base to level an 11-meter elevation and organize the three main blocks on the same plane, which opens new views of the region’s valleys.
The third block is constructed from concrete, features a flat roof, and is clad with mini wave perforated sheets, which creates a visual contrast. The central social barn measures 37 meters by 9 meters and contains the entrance hall, living room, and home theater among internal gardens.
The intimate barn measures 25 meters by 9 meters and includes the master suite and guest suites, complemented by an intimate lounge and four more family suites located on the lower level.
An outdoor patio with a fireplace and an infinity pool is situated between the two barns.
At the back of the property, parallel to the boundary wall, the service block measures 80 meters by 8 meters and accommodates the garage, service areas, and gourmet area. The lower level of this block contains a gym, spa, massage room, sauna, and party room. The house features generous openings with large glass frames. The two-slope roof includes punctuated cuts to allow for internal gardens. Landscaping by Rodrigo Oliveira uses a variety of species to create a sense of decompression that gradually balances the intimacy of the spaces, either more intensely at the base or more delicately on the ground floor.
