Grecov House residential project designed by ARQBR Arquitetura e Urbanismo in Brasília, Brazil is located in the Alphaville II condominium on a sloped site bordering a native riparian forest. The rear, north-facing facade incorporates carefully placed openings to frame views of the surrounding nature. The ground floor includes living and dining spaces, kitchen, guest bath, barbecue area, and a social bathroom organized around a patio that functions as a visual and communal core. The semi-underground level contains private spaces including an office and suites, offering direct, eye-level views of the adjacent greenery. Construction uses eco-bricks, in-situ concrete, and a continuous monolithic floor to create spatial unity. Lateral skylights introduce daylight into the living room, creating a floating effect in the concrete slab and emphasizing the changing natural light throughout the day.

The site is located in the Residential Alphaville II condominium, near the outskirts of DF-140. Oriented toward a native riparian forest, the house is built across two levels, using the natural slope of the terrain to integrate the surrounding landscape into the architectural design. The main entrance, oriented toward the interior of the condominium, features a wooden panel that visually links two distinct volumes. The north-facing facade includes carefully positioned openings that frame views and encourage visual engagement with the natural environment.

The ground floor is planned to integrate the living and dining areas, kitchen, guest bathroom, barbecue zone, and an external social bathroom. This configuration creates a central patio that serves both as a viewpoint and a gathering space for the residents. The semi-underground level houses the private areas, including an office and suites, offering a quieter and more secluded environment. Positioned below the natural ground level, this floor provides direct, eye-level views of the surrounding landscape, establishing a strong visual and spatial connection with the adjacent natural setting.

The house incorporates elements of handcrafted construction, including eco-bricks and in-situ concrete, while a monolithic floor runs continuously through the living area, creating a sense of spatial cohesion. Lateral skylights in the living room introduce natural light, giving the concrete slab the appearance of floating and emphasizing the changing presence of daylight throughout the day.
